ESA Committees & Meetings

The ESA’s Board of Directors meets regularly on the first Wednesday of every month at 2 PM in the 2nd floor hearing room of the Pikes Peak Regional Development Center at 2880 International Circle in Colorado Springs.  Meetings are open to the public and citizens are encouraged to attend and provide feedback during the Public Comment section of the regular agenda.  Meeting materials are available to the public and posted here at least 24 hours in advance of each meeting.

The ESA has a number of regular and ad hoc subcommittees that meet to discuss ongoing or special issues relating to the ESA’s mission.  These meetings are also posted in advance and open to the public.  The Contract Compliance Committee and Agenda Planning Committee meet on the last Wednesday of each month at noon in the ESA’s offices at the Pikes Peak Regional Development Center.  The Grant Committee meets quarterly on the last Wednesday of March, June, September and December at the same time and place.  The Medical Control Committee normally meets every other month immediately before the regularly scheduled Board meeting.  Click any of the links to the left to see agendas and meeting materials for these meetings.
